Read what the critics had to say about:
“…a colorfully upbeat revival …fluently directed and choreographed by Joyce A. Presutti…stars James Kostenblatt in the lead role…this is Joseph's show and Kostenblatt holds it firmly together.”
“ Sally Swallow is lively, lovely and animated as the narrator who keeps the story moving flawlessly.”
“Nick Butler as the Pharoah does a James Brown number with funk rhythms and far-out farce.”
“Among the large company of women…Catherine Capolupo's soprano stands out as an Angel.”
“The Youth Choir of children, directed by Hannah Blair Butler, provides a running, engaging choral accompaniment.”
“The eight-piece band, led by Paul O. Davis, keeps up vigorous musical support.”
“Scenic design by Bill Bywater…and costumes by Jodi S. Davis and Cheryle Farella are tasteful, imaginative and biblical."
The Technicolor© dreamcoat comes from the original Broadway production.”
James F. Cotter for the Times Herald-Record 8/2011
“An enthusiastic and talented troupe of adults and children provided a top notch show…”
“…to think that rehearsals had only begun one month prior is not only a tribute to the talent, but to the director and musicians.”
“It's a terrific night out to see a Broadway-quality production…you will be supporting quality entertainment…”
